BYC is blessed to have many committed individuals contributing their time and talents to the ministry. Counselors and program staff members are carefully selected
for their character, experience, personal testimony and reputation.
Prior to the camping season they attend trainings to prepare them for their important work.

Staffing at BYC is comprised of a mix of paid and volunteer labor.
Currently, BYC employs a part time Camp Director.
Additionally, during camping weeks BYC employs an Assistant Director, Administrative Assistant,
Nurse, Handyman, Bible Teacher, Arts and Crafts Director, Waterfront Director,
Recreation Director, Counselors and Cooks.

Adrian Munro Adrian has been involved at BYC since he was a young boy. He has worked as a counselor for many years, and has been the Executive Program Director at BYC since 2000. Adrian is a graduate of Gordon College, with a degree in Elementary Ed and Sociology. He, his wife Amanda (BYC’s Waterfront Director) and their children AyliGrace and Ason live and work in Bar Harbor during the off-season.
